That’s right, my total outlay to win all this money has been absolutely zero! Apparently, my email address is just so incredibly lucky that it keeps winning all these lotteries all over the world time and time again. Usually while I’m asleep! And very often I’ll win two or three or more in one night.

Did you detect a note of disbelief just then? That’s because ALL of these so called lotteries are SCAMS. There are NO global organizations seeking marketing, publicity or good will by running lotteries where they give away millions to randomly selected email addresses. They are all run by scammers who spam millions of email addresses with the same message hoping to find a few suckers. Don’t be one. As soon as they get a reply (imagine them rubbing their hands together with glee) they will start a chain of very plausible correspondence aimed at getting you to send them a small sum of money as a necessary payment in order to “release” your funds. Then it turns out that another, slightly higher payment is also required. And so it goes on.

One unlucky woman sent these scammers more than $20,000 before she realized what was really happening! She would have been better off buying $20,000 worth of lottery tickets. At least, that way she would have had some chance of winning a multi-million dollar jackpot.

Alternatively, they may simply ask for your bank account details, including user name and password, so that they can transfer your winnings to you. Guess what you see when you next login? That’s right, zero bank balance.

Remember the simple rule: If you haven’t entered it, you haven’t won it!
