What Happens When You Order

You go to our order page, and fill in your details, including credit card and email address. Your credit card details are encrypted during transmission for your total protection and peace of mind.

As soon as your credit card has been approved, you will be connected to our download page, where you will be able to download and start using your NetLotto package immediately.

Downloading the NetLotto Package

When you are connected to our download page, click on the button labelled "Download NetLotto Package". You will get the standard Windows download dialog. This varies depending on what operating system you are using, but the principles remain the same. The following example is from Windows XP.

This is a standard Windows download warning message. Click on Save to open the Save As dialog box.

The top section of the Windows Save As dialog box allows you to specify where the file is to be saved. Save In should be set to Desktop as shown.

The bottom section will show the File Name as Install NetLotto.exe and the Save As type as Application. Leave these as they are and click on the Save button.

Installing the NetLotto Package

After you've finished downloading the NetLotto Package you'll see this icon on your desktop (assuming you downloaded to the desktop):

Double click on the Install NetLotto icon to launch the installation procedure.

Continue to click Next>> until the installation completes. Then click Finish.

There should be two new icons on your desktop and in your start menu, one for the NetLotto program itself and one for the User Guide.

Running the NetLotto Program

Double click on the NetLotto icon to launch the program. This will bring up the NetLotto Flow Chart and Toolbar.

Click on the On-Line Help button or press F1 to activate on-line help.

Reading and Printing the User Guide

Double click on the NetLotto User Guide icon to display it using Adobe® Reader®. This will happen automatically if Adobe® Reader® is already installed on your computer. Then you can click on the printer icon to print the User Guide. If you haven't already got Adobe® Reader® on your computer, you can download it for free as described below.

Getting Adobe® Reader®

Go to http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html. Download and install the free Adobe® Reader®.
