the latest on-line help available to the NetLotto program.

You can get help at any time, on any aspect of installing
or using NetLotto, by sending an email to:

Please let us know what operating system you are using (for example,
Windows XP) and exactly what the problem is. We will get back to you as
soon as possible, but always within 24 hours.
Download Procedure
When you click on the button labelled "Download On-Line Help File"
you will get the standard Windows download dialog. This varies depending
on what operating system you are using, but the principles remain the
same. The following example is from Windows XP.
This is a standard Windows download
warning message. Click on Save to open the Save As dialog box.
The top section of the Windows Save As dialog
box allows you to specify where the file is to be saved. Save In should
be set to Desktop as shown.
The bottom section will show the File Name as
NetLottoHelp.exe and the Save As type as Application. Leave these as they
are and click on the Save button.
Installing the On-Line Help File
After you've finished downloading NetLottoHelp.exe you'll see this icon
on your desktop (assuming you downloaded to the desktop):
Double click on the NetLottoHelp icon to extract the latest
On-Line Help file.
Click on Unzip and the latest On-Line Help file will be
extracted into the NetLotto folder, replacing the previous one (if any.)
